By placing an order with OuraShield, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your purchase. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and secure transaction for both parties.

1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by OuraShield. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Promotions: Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

2. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.

  • You represent and warrant that the payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

  • Your order will only be processed once payment has been fully authorized and received.

  • Not a Medical Device: You acknowledge that OuraShield products are not medical devices and are not intended to cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

4. Risk of Loss & Shipping

  • All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • However, OuraShield provides Insured Shipping on all orders to protect you against transit-related issues (lost or damaged packages).

5. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your purchase is protected by our 90-Day No-Return Refund Policy.

  • If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a claim, contact hello@tryourashield.com. No physical return of the product is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OuraShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product.
