1. Order Processing Time

We know you're eager to start protecting your family. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Timelines (United States)

To ensure the best value and latest technology, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 12 business days.

  • Please note that during high-demand periods (holidays, sales), shipping times may vary slightly, but we always strive to beat our estimates.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is in transit, you can track its journey directly on our website using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OuraShield is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@tryourashield.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

For your peace of mind, all our shipments are insured. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can open an investigation and ensure you receive your OuraShield chips.

7. Customs and Duties

For our US customers, most orders fall below the de minimis threshold and do not incur additional customs duties. However, any applicable local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
